Why didn't my account transfer over?
Part of our new system includes a new Customer Loyalty program. As such, you will need to create a new account. We apologize for the inconvenience this may cause. Currently, we're offering 1,000 points when customers create an account on checkout. These points will be available for a future purchase.
Where is my order history?
If you placed orders with us before May 1, 2014, you cannot see prior order history on the 'My Account' page. However, we do have all your order history archived and we can provide you with any of that information whenever you need. We apologize for the inconvencience.
