Discount Levels
Discount Levels are determined based on the number of points in a transaction. The more points you accumulate in your order, the higher the discount level you are eligible for.Points
Each license and Upgrade Plan is assigned a point value. Media does not count towards points. The point bracket goes by the total point amount of all the licensing products you are purchasing| Level R | 1 - 1,499 | Points |
| Level S | 1,500 - 24,999 | Points |
| Level T | 25,000+ | Points |
Upgrade Plan Maintenance Program
Adobe’s maintenance program, Upgrade Plan, is an optional service that entitles you to all upgrades for your covered products during your term of two years. It ensures that your employees have the latest technology to maximize their productivity in a rather inexpensive way.If you enroll for Upgrade Plan, Adobe will automatically send you a notification if you are eligible for any upgrades. Purchasing Upgrade Plan contributes to your points, and may put you into the next level where you’ll receive an even bigger discount. If you’ve already purchased licenses and didn’t buy the Upgrade Plan, you can still purchase it as long as the version you have is the current version and Adobe has not announced a new version on the way. You can buy these Upgrade Plan Renewals in either a one or two year term (one-time fee paid upfront).
Media
You are required to purchase media separately for each product line, and it is recommended to purchase two copies so you have one as a backup. Media is the program itself, usually on CD or DVD-ROM or as a download. Media is inexpensive (many programs are around $20) and does not count towards your point total.
