While there is a learning curve, many features have been re-grouped. Certain page setups and format options are now grouped together when in previous versions one had to go to several different menus.

Helps keeps documents organized. Most people have it for emailing documents.
Outlook does not handle IMAP very well. Has some default features that have issues in Excel.
