Returns - Extended for the Holidays
For your convenience, we have extended our return policy for the Holidays. Orders placed between 12/1/2009 and 1/15/2009 will have 45 days to return or exchange. All returns are still subject to the terms found in our Return Policy.
Our shipping cut off time is 6:00pm EST, Monday - Friday. Orders placed after this time will be processed the following day, and orders placed on the weekend will be processed on Monday in the order they were received. 95% of orders placed before the cut off time are shipped the same day.
For customers in the contiguous 48 United States, Free Shipping is a 5-9 day service. Expedited shipping is available for $6 or $12. Please refer to the FAQs for specific shipping and delivery policies and prices.
