CA ARCserve Backup Agent for Microsoft SQL provides efficient backup and restore of SQL Server databases, while they’re in use, by enabling CA ARCserve Backup to send and retrieve data to and from the SQL Server. This agent ensures complete data and transactional integrity by performing consistency checks on all physical and logical links before and after each backup and restore operation. It remotely manages backups of SQL Server databases and performs online database backups using the SQL Server dynamic dump utility.
