Project Server 2007 Client Access Licenses (CALs) are required for each device or user that accesses the features and services of Project Server 2007. User CALs are likely to be more cost effective than Device CALs if there are multiple devices per user (for example, a user has a laptop and handheld computer accessing Project Server)
Microsoft Open License Business is a software volume licensing program designed for customers who order as few as five licenses. After the initial order, customers can benefit from volume pricing for all licenses for the remainder of the term of their Open License authorization number.
