"Like it!"
Strengths: I tried Vista when it came out and hated it. Windows 7 is more comparable to XP - in terms that it is self-explanatory and easy to use yet still has really cool features. I love the 'snipping tool' - instead of having to do a 'print screen' and open it up in an editing program to crop, then copy and paste - you can just simply drag the rectangle and hit 'copy' - it's so easy and convenient! The other new feature that i love is that windows snapping feature where you drag the window to the top corner and it will automatically resize it to half the screen so you can have two windows on one screen (cheaper way than having multiple monitors)

"Newest windows desktop OS"
Strengths: Install was simple. No hitches or problems with updates either. Am running as a virtual machine in a new Mac Pro using VMWare Fusion v3.1 and seems quite stable. Like the new print dialog on the side of the document. Interface seems a bit more simple than XP.
Weaknesses: Seems like 64 bit programs (like I.E.) should be the default and not have 2 different versions showing up on the app list. Seems fluid but just a little sluggish (could be the fact it's running virtual).
Comments: Purchased to run with VMWare Fusion
"An amazing operating system"
Strengths: Great short cuts, easy access to my entire computer, great wallpaper designs, and improved audio/video functions.
Weaknesses: Nothing that I can find so far
Comments: awesome improvement from the prior version.

Strengths: Ease of setup, everything works. Stable, fast, no problems.
Weaknesses: doesn't remember window size too well..... need 3rd party software to manage
Comments: I was skeptical about upgrading, but now, I would not go back to XP (even though it was good), for anything. I didn't use Vista, but I heard too many bad things about it.

Strengths: Excellent functions, easy set up. Easy to configure.
Weaknesses: None that I know of.
Comments: My web server is running smoothly. After a few initial hicups, which were mainly due to us trying to figure out the right configurations, the server is running well.

Strengths: Easier operating setup procedure than windows XP. New & stylish visual effects, themes, toolbars, icons are included in Ultimate 7. Easy command window mode & improved video audio features.
It is the latest & complete operating system of Microsoft. It is visually enriched operating system & requires less space in Hard disk than windows XP. There are many new features available in Ultimate version like new navigation features, customizing tool, easy local & home network connection, built in & improved firewall & windows defender, stylish DVD player etc. The ultimate version also includes 64 bit version operating system besides 32 bit. For high performance operation windows ultimate 7 64 bit version is preferable.
Weaknesses: Requires 1 GB ram at least for smooth operation.
Comments: It covers some disadvantage of windows vista & increase efficiency of performance than other operating system. The start menu, control panel etc are quite improved to operate any work without any hindrance.

Strengths: Wonderful to use and now with powerful design and graphical features. Microsoft do good in Windows 7 Ultimate.
Weaknesses: Windows XP still performs better in some categories.
Comments: It is worth of every penny, it is faster and better. It is accessible to many people and hassle free for it won't require software upgrade unlike Vista demanded.
