"Works great!"
Strengths: Works great, we install this on all of our customer's networked servers & computers.
Weaknesses: You typically have to download and install updates after installation.
"Good product, great support!"
Strengths: Management console very simply illustrates all users, status, conditions, issues and alerts.
Weaknesses: Initial installation time (client based) can be excessive, dependent upon the CPU speed, RAM, and internet connection.
Comments: Softwaremedia made it easy to buy, shipped and received without incident. Initial console installation had issues (not due to the product but existing registry issues), Symantec Support worked through all issues and everything works great!

Strengths: Easy to install & setup.
Weaknesses: They still send it in a box... lol, save a tree and go paperless.
Comments: Software media makes the order process smooth... they keep me coming back and back!

Weaknesses: Interface takes a little to get used to but works well.

Strengths: Good product, easy to load and very light on my customer's network. Good at finding and preventing viruses from affecting the network. Good company, easy to deal with and very knowledgeable.

Comments: have used symantecs products for many years and their corporate support is great.
