Maintenance is inclusive of both Upgrade Assurance and Technical Support. This entitles customers to all updates and upgrades to the licensed software. The support allows end users to access their technical support group for two named users.

Once maintenance is purchased for a product, it must also be purchased for any additional licenses of that product. The reasoning for this is that it would be extremely difficult for a company to know which systems running the Nuance software are eligible for upgrades and which are not.

Licensing & Requirements
To qualify for this price, you must purchase a minimum of 4,000 points through the Nuance Open License Program. This product has a point value of 4. This is maintenance and support only. Licenses must be purchased separately.
