BlackBerry Enterprise Server Standard or Advantage Support - Support Service Specialist provides the ability to contact a group of employees at RIM who specialize in handling partner escalations and managing these issues to resolution. Each time an issue is escalated to the SSS group, an available SSS will make contact with you to gain a full understanding of the issue and engage the appropriate technical resources to help resolve the issue.
