Quark ServicePlus and QuarkAssurance are optional software maintenance plans to ensure you are always using the most recent version of software. Both are available as either a 1 or 2 year plan. Both provide technical support via phone and e-mail for the duration of your term as well as free upgrades. ServicePlus in addition, provides transitional training and implementation consultation for all production staff.
