"Easy to Use!"
Strengths: I wasn't ready or prepared to jump the gun and buy the full out version of Adobe Photoshop so I figured I'd try Photoshop Elements. It's fairly simple, easy to use, yet still powerful. I mostly just use it for cropping images and reducing the resolution size so i can email or post to Facebook. The program also worked great when I made some custom Christmas cards where i did a photo montage of different images on the cover.
Weaknesses: None that i can think of
