"Very Helpful & Easy to Use"
Strengths: I set this program up for my former company. I found it very easy and self-explanatory even though I'm not that computer saavy. It allowed us to better keep track of our customers and attach notes and emails to each customer. Customers were impressed that i remembered their favorite sports team or their girlfriend's name 6 months later (wouldn't have happened without ACT). It definitely helps win the sale when you're able to be more personable with a customer.
Weaknesses: I used this for a small company and it was perfect for the price. Large companies may want to look for a more professional CRM solution.
